These are links to the FamilySearch.org census indexes. I’m putting each census separately because it’s hard to get from one census to another. I have found that the original census documents need to be read because there are transcription errors with names, and sometimes people have been omitted.
1840 Census - The names of all family members were not recorded.
1890 census - records for Michigan and most other states were destroyed in a fire.
1950 census - census records are confifential for 72 years, the 1950 ones will not be released until April 1, 2022.
